OUTwest Lubbock is the premiere South Plains virtual (for now) community center for (LGBTQ) Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer people. In a space this obscure it is easy for people to stand out as well as find common ground within a community.

OUTwest is the place for those to speak out, take notice and become active in promoting diversity which includes but is not limited to: race, class, gender, age, abiltiy and sexual identity.
